Almost 2 years

I made it almost 2 years seizure free...until yesterday. I had a seizure yesterday morning, when I got back from taking Jasmine to the bus stop.  I came upstairs, and went to the bathroom. I started feeling really weird, and thought I better go lay down. I remember walking into our bedroom, then I woke up on the floor at the foot of our bed. I was really confused, but I knew I had one. My entire body was tingling. Every muscle in my body ached. I felt exhausted. my mouth was numb. I felt nauseous. I had almost forgot how horrible I feel after having one. I must have fallen pretty hard. I landed on my left side, and my shoulder/arm is pretty messed up, and I bruised my hip. My whole left side feels pretty 'jacked-up' I still feel pretty worn out.  It has been a rough few weeks, and I let my self get way to stressed out this weekend. In fact, I am surprised I didnt have one on monday. I was over-the-top stressed and felt like I was going to have a seizure most of the day.  I cried for a while on and off. I was just so upset and disappointed. I am a little bummed out, but I wont let it get me down. I am just going to 'pick myself up by my boot-straps' and power through.
